Seeking Experienced Loss Prevention Professionals

About the Position:

This position will serve a specific client in Seattle. This is a dynamic, fast-paced downtown and surrounding area retail location that requires agents who are honest, professional, dependable, have excellent customer service skills and can work closely with store management.

Responsibilities include:

– Provide excellent customer service, treating all clients, their customers, and each other with respect and dignity
– Maintain the general safety of customers, employees and the store
– Assess and assist in emergency situations
– Perform undercover monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators for theft
– Conduct undercover investigations, documenting all loss prevention incidents properly
– Maintain detailed incident logs and follow Post Orders
– Reduce and control loss of inventory through audits, training and education
– Maintain a high level of confidentiality
– Utilize verbal de-escalation tactics
– Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

-18 years of age or older
– Ability to pass a background check
– 1-3 years of Retail Loss Prevention experience required
– Must possess a current Washington State Guard Card, or be willing to obtain one upon hire
– Ability to work independently or with a team; requiring little supervision
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Ability to perform assigned tasks in an ethical, professional, and honest manner
– Able to legally work in the U.S.
– Applicants with previous guard training and current licenses are highly encouraged to apply
– Must possess reliable transportation and be able to respond to potential call-outs on short notice
